ELAELA designs and organises training courses and structured training events as well as job-shadowing and study visits for teachers, trainers, headmaster and other education staff in order to support them to improve their competences and the quality of education provided by acquiring transversal skills and specific knowledge on innovative teaching methods and practices.

Rakvere Kungla kindergarten is a nurturing environment for children aged 3-7, offering 13 groups including two for special needs. The facilities include a traffic square, apple orchard, and modern outdoor play area. Estonian language lessons are provided, with a speech therapist, special pedagogue, and social pedagogue on staff.

Emphasizing outdoor and STEAM learning, the kindergarten's values focus on cooperation, courage, care, and flexibility. The curriculum covers language, math, art, and more, with a strong emphasis on healthy living. As an Eco-School with the Green Flag, sustainability is a priority. Parents play a vital role in the approach, with principles for supporting all children's development. With 13 groups including two special groups for children with special needs, Additionally, 1 to 3 children with special needs are integrated into regular groups. The kindergarten received funding from the Erasmus+ program for a study trip to Italy, aimed at enhancing teachers' competence in teaching children with special needs.

MB "Katino Dienelės Mokykla" (KD) is a bilingual institution in Vilnius, focused on life preparation. Aligned with the Cambridge educational community, KD integrates curricula and bilingual practices with daily activities.
